Hollywood Specialist Centre-Dr. Leighton Chadwick

Don't underestimate the professionalism of Dr Leighton Chadwick. I have experienced an extremely high level of care and compassion with this particular psychiatrist! I feel a complete equal level of trust, confidentiality, transparency, respect and of genuine care! This is my 3rd year working in collaboration with Dr Chadwick and i have no complaints about the operation of this service. Even experiencing a fairly difficult existence, i look forward to the monthly appointment with Dr Chadwick. He is never late, always ready to listen, responds to emails, assists very quickly in crisis situations, is always looking for a compromise regarding treatments and medication changes and manages this all with a fantastic sense of humour and understanding. I always feel safe around my psychiatrist. Its a rare opportunity to have someone on your team who listens intensively and thoroughly to the experiences i have. Even though these may be semi foriegn to him, he accepts my experience and always attempts to view things from my point of view! I've learnt that Dr Chadwick is NOT a mind reader and the process does require the patient to be forthcoming and above all completely honest in order for the best treatment to be delivered. I personally am eternally grateful, thankful and satisfied with the service, the crisis management, compassion and the advice, care and opinions i have been priveleged to have recieved!! I don't normally post stuff online with my identity attached, however i wanted everyone who reads this to know that some specialists in the field of psychiatry are not just great at what they do, but more so are truly playing a critical role in the survival of their patients! And for that i owe my life!!

I was not satisfied with him. Not a really professional confident psychiatrist. He listens well but does not suggest anything useful

Good in person but at times very hard to get in contact with/ resolve issues which can be potentially detrimental considering how people rely on the services he gives.
