Original review 5 starsn------------------------------------nnSo impressed.nnDr Zimmerman made the uncomfortable procedure as simple and quick as possible. Even emailed me the results days later. What a great relief.nnThe follow up in his room was a 1 star though. Dr Zimmerman was excellent but the receptionist was surly. They were running late so I had to wait - I can't sit much at the moment so explained I would be just outside the door standing - as I was told off for standing inside the small room. Then the receptionist gave my appointment away - so I had to wait an extra hour beyond my appointment - whilst in pain and unable to sit. Very frustrating. At least Dr Zimmerman was excellent though.nnUpdated review 2 starsn------------------------------------nn1 star for follow up plus I'm now told by a GP that the colonoscopy was invalid as I'd been avoiding gluten prior. Very disappointing.

Highly knowledgeable professional. Respectful treatment, skilled in field and approach towards people. If you want to be listened to and then treated for your ailment, please do consult Dr Mark. God bless him.

I have had two colonoscopies and one gastroscopy performed by Dr Zimmerman and I have found him to be excellent in all respects and with a great manner, often not found with some specialists. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
