I've been waiting over an hour for simple drug test. I am on r&r and my time off is vital. When you make an appointment you should stick to the time. I've had to pay extra money for parking . This is totally unacceptable .. When taking appointments don't over work the staff, so the times you give for appointments are achievable. Terrible experience. Improve your game.nBefore the emergency I was waiting 45 minutes just to be clear.

Took so long appointment was at 12.30 and did not go in till 1.30 still have not left and it is 3.00pm

Have done alot of medicals of various different categories but never had one last 3.5 hours. Max legal parking in the surroundings is 3 hours.nStaff were friendly and facilities nice.

Quick medical, staff were highly professional and friendly while very thorough. Highly efficient.
