This is my local post office, the staff are lovely provided I don't require further assistance and I just walk in and walk out. On several occasions I have been made to call the Australia Post hotline service with my queries. This being due to staff not having enough knowledge to answer my enquiries. Australia Post has had multiple IT issues, for example when obtaining a return barcode for a parcel and e-mails I receive from my Mypost account. Unfortunately staff do not aid myself instore and refer me to call the hot line. I feel frustrated when I always see members of the public in store, who differ in age and I see them obtaining more guided assistance and good customer service from the staff.

If you have to use this post office go early in the day, otherwise if you go in the late afternoon the old lady with the unkempt blonde hair will ignore you for a few minutes until and then behave as if you are somehow putting her out from doing more important things. Try to get the attention of a different staff member.

Very disappointed with the customer service I experienced on Saturday 21/12. I arrived 3 mins before closing time and was refused entry despite explaining that I just needed a prepaid gift card which would have taken only a minute to purchase. You’ve lost the patronage of this local.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Fulham gardens post office. The staff there are always helpful,friendly and there's a real community spirit evidenced by the positive interactions between staff and their customers. I've been to other postoffices where the staff are very impersonal and/or try to encourage you to pay your bills via scanner machine,but this Fulham gardens post office always makes me feel so welcomed and valued that I would rather pay my bills in person here than anywhere else. Great job team :)
