Super Team. Will answer any questions, even when you’re travelling. If you need to change your plans while overseas, they do their best to get it done promptly with various options. You will never get this peace of mind, if you book online eg. Expedia. During the Covid crisis they have done a fantastic job. Unlike other companies, they are still around. That says a lot. I have never booked anything through hello world Booval and have no intentions of ever booking any holidays through them again as I booked a trip for next September with them and had.to pay 500 deposit and another 1500 hindered this week but unfortunately my mother's knee went on her and she needs to have a knee replacement so we had to cancel and was told it's not their policy to refund any of your deposit well I think its disgusting they can take your money so far in advance and have to refund you anything would not recommend hello world to anyone
