Just wanted to do some photocopying but staff weren't able to figure out how the photocopier worked , a supervisor then informed me that the machine had an ongoing problem printing but they were still using it and sometimes it worked properly and sometimes it didn't, ended up printing out all the sheets individually so i wasn't very happy with my visit.

worst service ever from management Calum and Jo regarding purchasing brand new phone that's faulty been 2 weeks now, no feedback!!!!!!
Sam the young man that works here today on Saturday the 13th March 2020 at 420pm on the front counter is extremely rude, unprofessional and was talking socially to colleague and not even willing to serve.
The store in Bunbury is my go to place. It is always spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. The manager always knows exactly what I need. So glad we have a store with such distinction in Bunbury.
