Was seen quickly, blood was collected skillfully and staff member was really nice :) the place is clean and tidy too

I arrived at the St John of God Bunbury collection centre at 8.45 only to find that no one was on reception and had to ring a bell to get attention. A woman (whom I recognised as a phlebotomist) eventually came and took my details then disappeared. This was followed shortly by another arrival and the same process took place. Twenty minutes later a third person arrived, rang the bell and was immediately attended to by a different phlebotomist. During the wait we observed two people (one being the first mentioned phlebotomist) stood in the pasageway for about ten minutes sharing photos of what sounded like a recent trip to Perth. At 9.30 a different phlebotomist arrived and appologised for the wait, explaining that she had only started at 9.30. She was quick and efficient and a credit to the labs. Overall, a one star rating from me, as most of the attending staff appear not to give a stuff.

Peta was excellent She was very efficient but friendly too I had to have a lot of blood taken and she helped me relaxnBut staff need a computer- having to handwrite all the labels is terrible

Leah did my blood tests today & she was extremely friendly & made me feel at ease. Usually i can't get my blood out & have to keep coming back. She was very professional & would recommend Clinical Labs Bunbury.
