My recent baby scan here was so great! Both ladies were lovely and we all had a good laugh together. They talked me through everything and answered my silly questions. The reception staff are so polite and efficient also. It’s always a joy to come here

I went for my very first baby ultrasound last week and even though I was early, I did not experience the joy and happiness that you should normally feel when going in for a first ultrasound. The lady I had was very abrupt and made me feel as though I should not have been their. The whole appointment lasted for about 2 minutes. I was very saddened by this and I'm hesitant to go back. I would rather pay someone to enjoy my enjoyment with me.

Absolutely devastated that I have had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my xray to come back with results... And I'm still waiting. The pain I have is horrible yet they don't care.
