Friendly Staff!!!!!!!!!

The review's about rude people at the front counter is a little harsh. She was an unassuming older lady and was pleasant enough to deal with. Maybe I just got lucky and it was quieter day? Yes, I feel the place is a little run down and very small but overall I had nothing bad to say about my experience. If you look at reviews across other AusPosts they're all very patchy as well and I'd say this store is probably no exception. My 2c.

Shocking service. Have had two parcels delivered to this LPO, first one went missing and a staff member called me days later to tell me it had magically been located. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that time. Had a second parcel delivered there and now this one has gone missing too. This time I have been given a Aus Post hotline number to call because "it may have been taken to another post office". In reality, my parcel has been lost in their unorganised mess of boxes and packages behind the counter. Totally unacceptable, if you want your delivery do not use this LPO.

Worst experience. I informed her I am sending very important documents to Ireland she instead gave me domestic registered post envelop. I didn’t check trusting her having more knowledge now my very important documents are misplaced. Went back to her and she gave me a number to call and say she can’t do much now. Very rude and unprofessional

Very rude old lady serves on the counter. She told me don’t come again because I asked 3-4 questions related to shipping charges. Hope Aust post does something for this shop.
