To the amazing staff that help me post 100 packages today and stayed until 5PM, thanks for doing this with a smile! Special mention to Bev, she had to do it all manually and was so helpful! Fantastic staff when it is hard these days to be entirely satisfied with customer service.
Tried unsuccessfully twice to get my DL photo taken there. Staff don't seem to be interested in talking about it let alone doing it. First time I went, I took my letter from VicRoads and a passport as I no longer have my old DL. Was told if I don't have my old DL they can't do it. Wrong information. Second time I passed my documents over the guy who didn't seem interested at all. He glanced at my documents and without addressing me spoke to some other woman at working there. The conclusion on this time also was no, but with no clear reason why. Apparently I had bought in the wrong document. However no one cared enough to explain to my what was wrong about that document. I would have been satisfied with a clear explanation but none was forthcoming, it was basically 'computer says no'. Pitiful, borish, just-treading-water-until-retirement laziness.

Service Is Great
Not even deserve 1 start rate....Very bad costumer service, how is it possible than one year ago I did a police check in the same store with NO issues and this time they couldn’t help me because I am international student HOW IS THAT EVEN possible? The lady on the counter with curly hair and the “Asian manager” or supervisor did reject to help me with this they did not even bother to call someone if they were lacking the information of how to do iT, I took all the things needed that in the website says I require to apply for it and nope there wasn’t any possibility to get my document!
I will never come back to this store, as a student I know all my student mates need to get documents all the time but I’ll make sure nobody goes to this store.
