This is lovely family run post-office. Really helpful, friendly and customer focused people who bother to understand their customer's postal needs. This is my go-to post office. And they are open til 12 on a Saturday which is great.

Kind, helpful, honest service. The old men that owned it previously were worthy of one star, but the Asian family that now own it are A+. They even have their son working parcels! Very impressive real world experience for the young dude.

I LOVE this post office! I live just around the corner from here and use this post office all the time. To pick up parcel, deposit money into my bank account, posting mail and parcels and even dry cleaning! The family who run the place is absolutely the nicest people, very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well! I am so glad this is my local post office! I believe the previous owner might be a bit dodgy, but it's safe to go back now! Give the new owner a go! :)

A great post office. I have lived in the area for 4 years and agree that the old owners were rude and slow. The new family who have taken over are fantastic. They are all friendly and will greet you with a smile, very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm sad to be moving and losing the great service.

Nice roomy interior and interesting items for sale but most unhelpful young woman behind the counter. Had to submit a parcel for send off and she was just not interested and just glowered at me if I dared to ask a question about it. Everything was too hard for her and she made it quite obvious and noticeable to all in the queue also, that she did not want to be there,never mind vaing to deal with customers (God forbid). Suggest she find another job and stop bringing AustPost down.
