We have been shopping regularly at Busselton Retravision for the last six months and can not fault their service/product knowledge. Every purchase has been stress free and you can tell they value their customers. Our last purchase was a washing machine at 4pm one afternoon and it was delivered with the old one removed by 10am the next morning. Just an example of how great they are at helping their customers. Thankyou for the great service... we will be back over and over again :)

Always a great experience. Don't feel pressured and don't feel like I'm walking into a used car lot. Friendly staff
Walked in the store ready to spend around 12 thousand dollars on new fridge, TV, vacuum, wall mounts and a lounge but was not greeted, walked around for 20 minutes without assistance or an offer for assistance. Very little pricing on the items and store rather messy. 4 employees at the front counter chatting on my way out. Will pay for better service elsewhere.
