What a fantastic experience with Kayla at Malvern Endota. The space is so relaxing and everything smells amazing. Her attention to detail was fantastic and she was kind enough to offer her recommendations for other services if i was to return to the spa. (which I absolutely will be doing) The essential oils they used where amazing and the power she had in her quite petite frame was mind blowing. See you Kayla, thank you for an amazing first experience with Endota.

I would like to take the time to write about my experience at this spa. I accidently forgot my voucher at home. So embarrassing. The woman over the counter handled it so well. I was taken into the lounge, she offered to re-arrange the time of my booking if I wanted to go back home, or she offered me to stay, have my service and come back after. I instantly felt I was in good hands. Professional and understanding. My treatment was incredible. The spa is beautiful. I have 4 kids and this was heaven. Thank you for your understanding and care.

I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I just moved houses and the deep recovery massage made me feel like jelly afterwards. I''ve been to other salons and spas but this location was especially charming and friendly. I felt like I had been going here for years by the way I was spoken to and treated. It was so refreshing and lovely. Staff are 5 stars and so is the service. Highly recommend.

Was extremely lucky to have received a gift voucher for a facial. Such a lovely experience. I've been to Endota spa at other locations before. Their products are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, staff are gorgeous and know their products. Left there feeling AMAZING. have another voucher , so I'll be back soon.
