Booked a massage through a groupon deal and when my partner and I showed up at 10am for our booked appointment no one was there. We called and waited for 20 minutes and our massages started 30 minutes later (the therapist and owner were stuck in traffic). The owner ended up giving me my massage, as my therapist didn't show up until 40 minutes into my massage. He managed to talk on his mobile to the therapist who was late... Very unprofessional and "deal" or not, NOT worth it. Please save your money and go elsewhere in South Yarra!
I booked a 60 min massage and was told I had to wait 30 mins for the next available therapist total Bs
They have 2 shops at south yarra. The stuff there can't speak English well. The massage it self is so so. But the service and management is kind of awful. They messed up my appointment, and stuff there can't speak English. You can imagine what a mess there.
Dodgy shop they don’t actually accept health rebate and the massage is no good. Waste of money and a scam.
