I had really bad experience there! The one did my massage didn’t ask any of my feeling,and I didn’t even feel anything when he did my massage! I reminded so many times that I couldn’t feel anything but he didn’t change at all! And they asked me to pay first before I did the massage so I can’t even complain anything cause I already paid!I will never never never come again! Because I spent 100 dollars for nothing!
Such a perfunctory experience!!!
I came in and asked for a deep tissue oil massage. The man named James started rubbing my back for 10 min and then my arms. It’s just gently rubbing. It didn’t help me relax or even relieve the tiredness. Then I asked him to focus on my back and shoulders. He then started to massage my back GENTLY again. It didn’t help at all. I got annoyed when he started to use stones to rub my back for the third time. I told him MASSAGE my back and should please. Then he started to ACTUALLY massage, with repeated and limited skills and couldn’t find my sore spot.
First experience floating. Had a very relaxing time. No online booking at Chadstone shop made it a little tricky for us as we have kids to schedule around, but otherwise the facilities were clean and tidy, comfortable and staff were great.
Been here twice now. Was really happy both times. The place itself is much cleaner and more spacious than other Chinese-style massage shops. It has a luxe feel to it with nice gold decor. Both masseurs I had were fabulous. The lady called Cindy was exception. Really strong hands and she knows what she’s doing. Will definitely return.
We had a flotation therapy here and it was a little long (the 60 minutes) for me but you can always get out early. The staff were very friendly and informative. Would be a great gift for those who are stressed.
