I keep coming back here because Sally listens to my concerns and brings my skin’s vision to life. She explains things in detail and walks you through the journey without you having to wonder what the treatment is about. Plus, the vibe is so relaxing and the place is so clean! You really feel like you can escape for a while and just enjoy a treatment by someone you trust!

I highly recommend Sally for her expertise, experience in beauty treatments, her patience and understanding of my needs, her friendly communication, her professionalism and the comfy lovely salon Refine Skin Laser she is running. I have been seeing Sally for a few months now, on a regular basis for a specific treatment and it is always a pleasure to visit her. Sally is a miracle worker. I had been having electrolysis elsewhere, intermittently over the past 3-5 years. Receiving varying degrees of success. With my confidence suffering, I sought out a new service provider. And thats when I found Sally. One session later she recommended we try laser. I was keen to give it a try. Its been 3 sessions now and the results are what I would call spectacular and the caring, knowledgeable service I receive every time is amazing. Thanks Sally, you really are wonderful.

I should've started going to Sally long, long ago! She's the best hands down and has improved my skin greatly in the last month alone. She's really positive & has a lot of knowledge about skin which reassured me the first time I met her that I was in good hands. Definitely won't be going anywhere else, Would definitely recommend :)
