Great experience! Amazing customer service and a great haircut. I highly reccomend :))
My first experience with Mankind was after a friend gave me a voucher for my birthday. After my gorgeous facial I decided to give the barber a go. I had recently had some terrible experiences with other barber shops, so I was apprehensive but I was on cloud 9 after the facial and the vibe was great. Laura is a miracle worker! She listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions. I felt amazing and the compliments came flooding in! I have now been seeing Laura for 2 years with no plan on stopping!!!
Got home after having my hair cut by Bella to be told by my partner that it's the best one I've had in the 5 years she's known me!
I think that says it all.
As an aside, I also found the atmosphere inside nice a relaxing compared with the usual hustle and bustle of barber shops.
This was my first waxing/facial treatment appointment, and Khalia made me feel right at home. Very relaxing experience, and the waxing wasn’t painful at all! They’ve now got a regular customer
Laura is a great cutter and her face and neck shaves are really more like mini facials. So relaxing.
Plus, she is very likable and engaging, never pushy, flustered or in a hurry.
Laura always makes me feel welcome.
