My local Post Office - Couldn't be more helpful, always up for a chat, staff are always ready to do that bit extra to help.

The elderly gentleman working behind the counter is quite rude and arrogant. I went to pick up my mail and he was so horrible to deal with. He was the same to the customers in line before me.nnThis service is absolutely terrible.

The people working at this post office are absolutely terrible. If I could give this place zero stars then I would. I have been practically threatened to get my packages before 7 days or they’ll be sent back and I’ve been literally yelled at for my parcel not having my last name on it despite having written my full name down on the website. This place is horrible, the customer service is horrible and the people are horrible.

Went in to lodge a Passport application. I live 40 minutes from this Post Office and it is the closest one that can process Passport applications. I also work full time and can't get to it during their opening hours usually. I took time off work and made the trip this morning only to be told at 9:40 am that it was 'too early' and they didn't want to do it for me yet. I told them my situation and the staff still refused. Appalling service, do not recommend. Will never go back.
