Western Eye

Had an appointment with Dr Steve Colley which was disappointing. Cost $320 for 15mins of his time- for basic stuff your optometrist could do. Basically did tests that an ordinary optometrists would. Explained none of the tests or the results. Seemed disinterested and not very helpful about next steps to help. Wouldn't recommend him. Failed to tell us letter to GP would take 6 weeks coz they're understaffed! They seemed to think this was acceptable without the need to explain that when you make an appointment. Basically very little respect for the client.

Very professional staff. Prompt with appointment times.
