The elderly female blood collector is rude and slow.nTime to retire.nSave your time if you can and go to Doubleview or the Wembley Downs centre.

Both the male receptionist and the female elderly that collect blood are rude. The payment is an odd method, they collect your details and the money is discounted randomly someday and no invoice is provided to claim to your insurance. You gotta follow it up yourself for that. Bad experience.
