Dr Oleh Kay is A GIANT OF A MAN, a man among men. His dedication to and knowledge of his discipline is on a stratospheric level, far in excess of his contemporaries OR ANYBODY.nYou will not meet many people in your whole life as straight, honest, insightful and true as Oleh. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is “the real thing”, Just as real as it gets.

Don't use this practice unless you want to be stuffed around by incompetent office staff. DR Oleh Kay was great, I couldn't fault his services but the receptionist (Kris) is so unprofessional and rude!. Any request is abruptly answered and everything is made to be an inconvenience for her even though its her job.nnThey charged me $50 for a script to be sent to my house, which got lost and now they can't provide me with a tracking number or any paperwork to chase it up. Originally they agreed to refund me the $50 and said to come colleft your script from the clinic, and so when I got there I was told no you won't get a refund and the other office lady should never of told you that you will be getting a refund. They told me its not their fault that it didn't get delivered. I understand it might not be their fault but it isn't my fault either ! I am the customer! They should be chasing up Auspost and sorting all this out and by how much they charge, they should give me the $50 refund as a sign of good will.nnThe office staff need to learn some manners and how to treat your customers, I understand mistakes happen and sometimes someone is just having a bad day, but I've been coming here over a year now and every time I have to deal with the office staff they are grumpy and abrupt.

Oleh is easy to talk to and has your best interests in mind. His experience over many years is evident in my meetings with him, especially for war veterans such as myself. I highly recommend his services.
