A highly trained, dedicated, ethical and professional audiologist who is also a lovely person - no feeling of being rushed here. Very clear explanation as to what is happening and why, and what will give the best hearing results. The reception staff are also very friendly, professional and helpful. Altogether an excellent service is provided and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a great experience visiting West Coast Audiology. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are experts in their field and who answered all questions with detailed well-informed explanations. Their sound proof audio booth provides reliable hearing tests - that some other places that offer hearing tests don’t have access to - which will make sure I come back here for my next visit. Highly recommended.

My five stars go to West Coast Audiology because they are a small business you can trust. By contrast, our private health fund contacted us and aggressively insisted that my wife and I attend appointments they made to have hearing tests performed by the HEARING LIFE company. We did so, but then found out through the ABC program, The Checkout, that HEARING LIFE is owned by a Danish hearing aid company. Clearly both this company and the private health insurer have a conflict of interest. The only way to ensure that you are not being ripped off is to go to a small business like West Coast Audiology to have your hearing tests done.

My son failed the 4 yr old public school hearing test twice which was a real worry for us as parents. Phillipa was wonderful in making my son feel comfortable & making it fun during the retesting, which he passed! Thank you very much
