There was no wait time & the lovely lady who took my blood was quick, painless and friendly. I really dislike having any sort of needle, so this was a great experience for me.

Didn't have to wait too long. The practioner was polite and very efficient. An added bonus they were open on a Saturday morning which was great for working people.

The Phlebotomist on Friday when I was at Wembley Downs Collection centre was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She was a pleasure to deal with. She had a lovely smile and I felt at ease in her room.

Brilliant technician.nFirst time in years found a vein in arm to extract enough for all 8 viales.nIn the past some have looked at my arm as a challenge and I leave with my arm feeling like a pin cushion and still resorted extracting from back of hand , hence scared with brown blotches.nnPlease give her 5 stars Extraordinary!nnMargaret FortnPs I wished she had worn a name badge so I could name her.
