Amazing service and problem-solving skills shown by Ryan at Altronics Balcatta!nnI was having trouble with an electrical fan on a blow-up Christmas reindeer, simply hoping to find a replacement fan to simply change out. When we could not find an exact match replacement fan, Ryan suggested we take a look at the existing fan, and with a bit of problem solving (ensuring we had charge to the fan) and some manual magic we got the existing fan working again. Kids will be super-happy to have their Christmas reindeer up again.nnThank you Ryan for the time taken to solve my problem :-)nnWill definitely recommend Altronics Balcatta
