If I could give zero stars I would. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable by male doctor. Creepy vibe. Steer clear of Dr Hadd

Joined this practice after leaving country GP and we love it! They know us by voice on the phone and always accommodate us when busy. We love the ladies on the desk who are always so helpful and chatty to myself and my toddler. We have seen Dr Rob, Dr Kris and Dr Kate for our appointments and felt very cared and listened too. We did once see Dr Wu and I did not like her personal experience and advice for my sons sleep issues-Cry it out!:-(nI'd give 5 stars only our 18mo injections did not go well and I felt the nurse could have perhaps been more attentive given the fact my son had quite a bit of blood for an injection! (bled through cotton wool and onto my clothes!) maybe her technique needs improving. All other nurse experiences have been ok.

Saw Dr Sarah Taylor recently as a new patient (was recommended by a friend) and she was fantastic. She listens, gives advice and tells it like it is (which I really appreciate).nSheila on Reception was very friendly and Sandy assisted with some issues I had with Medicare claiming.nAll in all, a great experience - I'll be back.

Had a bad experience with this practice. Started with the unfriendly lady at reception who doesn’t even look at you. I saw Sarah Taylor who was the most horrible and insensitive doctor I have ever met. That’s the kind of doctor you DONT want to see if you are pregnant. Very negative, doesn’t really listen, likes to speak a lot and mostly about things that were not related to my issue. I felt anxious after this appointment and felt that I paid lots of money to hear negativity! I called the practice afterwards and wanted to give feedback, but no one cared or wanted to know especially not Sarah Taylor which shows what kind of doctor she is. Also heard from other women that they had bad experiences with her- unfortunately after my appointment. Give it two stars as I dont know what the other doctors are like.

was first recommended by my bosses mum when we first moved to stirling. so lucky we found a great practice whom we could trust. yesterday my 5month old bubba had anaphylaxis after consuming tiny bit of walnut butter. our usual awesome GP Sarah wasn’t available. Despite the fact they were fully booked, the team was very kind to still squeeze us in. Thanks Dr Rob and Nurse Jo for looking after my baby until the ambulance arrived. We just couldn’t thank you guys enough!!!
