Chris and Tom are always great to deal with, as are the other staff. I come by a couple times a week and have never had any issues. I'm always offered advice and assistance with general inquiries as I start up my business that has me shipping more and more. Thanks guys for being so accommodating!
The service here is great, have posted many times and paid bills there many times. Staffs are very friendly and easy to deal with.
Had a lost item that showed was at dingley. Called their CS who said it would most likely be there, they tried calling multiple times a day and could never get through. Went in and asked If they could look for it to get told no it’s not here. Wouldn’t even go look. Horrible attitudes. Finally found it. There.
Very unfriendly & unhelpful staff. Treated in a very condescending manner. Bring back some of the staff that were lovely to deal with.
The Asian lady who runs it needs to work harder at being pleasant and friendly when dealing with pleasant and friendly customers. Try and crack and smile some time!
