Visited this store for advice on a complex audio solution that the builder's electrician had given up on. We spoke with Steve who showed us a number of options and told us what would most easily integrate with what. He didn't try to oversell us solutions that we probably didn't need, which was refreshing. We've now got a solution to link a TV, Google Home and a set of Pioneer DJ decks to four new outdoor ceiling speakers. We took one of the products with us and he delivered the others two business days later. Great, personalised service. The store has a huge range and we'll definitely go back to extend our audio solution further.

Wednesday, Rang and ordered an SVS Wireless Speaker system and needed it sent to Brisbane in time for a birthday on the Tuesday. Within 10 minutes had credit card payment done over phone and Kee had arranged for direct delivery to my work place. Sent me tracking number as well. It arrived on the Monday in time to wrap and gift on the Tuesday. Big shout out to Kee and her team at the Audio Experts for great service. By the way the SVS is a great little system with big high quality sound.nThanks heaps Kee.

I'm an audio mixer and wanted a surround setup for my home editing room, so I'm kinda high maintenance. Steve was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me what I wanted, smiling all the time despite me trying my best to make his day difficult. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really good stock of vinyl too, so I'll be back for those.
