RAA - West Lakes

Went to pay travel insurance on the phone they said I could do it there in the shop. But staff in RAA. Informed me they don't have the computer program. Pleased they offered a black phone in corner and helped me make the call. Paid by credit card card

One of the employee, I don't want to mention name was really impolite. I was not happy with the way she deal with us. RAA charges relatively more money than many others. So there customer service should be very nice. No doubt RAA is a very good insurance providing institution, just tell your staff how to be patient with customers.
