Australia Post - Seaton LPO

Never in my life have I ever been treated with such rudeness and disrespect as I was when I visited this post office. My business had recently just moved into this area, so as the owner, I contacted the post office to find out what documents we would need to bring in to establish ourselves and the ongoing collection of our parcels. I was advised by a older gentleman who I believe is the owner, to bring in personal id such as a drivers licence and business registration papers to show my connection to the business. The following day I attended this post office to collect a parcel addressed to my business and I was greeted by a older lady who was extremely rude and with a vast amount of attitude basically accused me of printing out, and falsifying the business registration documents I brought in and had a go at me because the parcels were addressed to my business only and not me personally. After dealing with this, I left with my parcel. Approximately 2 weeks later I had to attend this post office again and unfortunately encountered this same women who decided to have another go at me claiming she had told me before that my ID is not good enough and basically should I not start having the parcels addressed to me personally she won't be giving them to me. At this point I was very upset so I contacted Australia Post who confirmed what I had supplied in the way of ID and papers was more then I was required to do, and as such raised a complaint to the local area manager. A word of warning to any customers who may need to go their in the future, be wary of this women.

Never EVER go to this post office, rude staff and rude owner that will Attempt to overcharge you for services then become argumentative and aggressive when questioned about inconsistencies.

I have been going to this post office for the past 4 years and have never had an issue until I was served by an extremely rude older lady. When I asked about shipping prices because it seemed expensive I was told that she was worked there for the past 22 year so she think she would know. I told her I wasn't trying to argue with her just that it seemed expensive to which I was blessed with some more attitude. Won't be going back here.

Great staff, excellent customer service, was able to send a parcel to the states after i was told by a staff member another post office (findon) that it was absolutely not possible due to it being a bit of a bigger parcel, not by much mind you

This is an update to my previous five star review.nnOn the 3rd of March my carer was denied by a very large rude woman servicing the counter a letter that they were authorised to collect. After contacting Australia Post directly about the experience I received, my carer was able to obtain my item from the LPO.nnI will be using this branch as a need to only in the future. Which I'm sure they won't mind as they don't seem to respect their customers at all.
