Australia Post - West Lakes Post Shop

Not just this office but Australia Post as a whole makes me cringe. Today (09/03/21) all I wanted to do was activate a everyday mastercard which after nearly 90 minutes, I did. First attempt was a waste of time as the system apparently went down and no record of the card was available. After lengthy phone calls by me and then a staff member, I had the funds put onto another card which didn't work either...and yes...another phone call. Now this time it worked but I am still unable to register it online to check the balance etc. Not happy. While the staff member was somewhat apologetic, this serves as a reminder as to why this company is not good. I should also state that during the time I was waiting, I noticed that at least two other staff members were rude to customers that they were serving. I honestly wish there was a direct alternative to this company.

The older people in this place are nice but the younger ones are rude, I feels like they don't want to be there and doesn't want to talk to anyone. If I missed my postie I wish they will leave them the one in Bartley Terrace.

Disgusting place. Every one use sendle or office works better service and prices then the horrible Aus Post.

I usually always go to the post office at Westlakes because of their good customer service, however today 3/3/2017 I have experienced the worst customer service ever! The man that serviced me was absolutly rude asked questions that weren't part of the transaction and made me feel very uncomfortable!
