They aren’t even open during the business hours stated on the website or the card in my letterbox. Useless being open 9 to 5 when that’s when I work like most other people. Went in today 10am and they are closed... what the ?!

Useless, only business hours so how to we get parcels etc? Anywhere else to in Aus they would at least open until 5:30, and be open on Saturday.
