The service is very disappointing. HCF send me a promotion for CA members. That's why I choose this company. But they didn't give me refund as promised in the promotion. I ring 3 times, but no one could help at all! They just keep promising, but never fulfill what they promised.

A trap. Ended up paying $100 for a wrong insurance scheme and refused to refund. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Stay away!
