Australia Post - Scarborough East LPO

Can’t say I’m surprised coming here to write my review about the terrible customer service I received by the man running this Aus Post, only to find countless other poor reviews already written about him. Please quit your job and find something that makes you happy, because this clearly isn’t it!

By far the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever met in a customer service roll. I asked for a pen to write on a package I was going to buy there “we don’t supply those” was his response. I asked how you’re supposed to send parcels - you bring your own pen was his reply. He was extremely arrogant, rude, miserable and unhelpful. I will be taking my business down to Scarborough post office only a few minutes down the road towards the beach where the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I suggest anyone else does the same.

I don't know if the guy is actually really shy, maybe, but he is very superior and dismissive. The friendlier you are, the worse he is. It's hard to describe, I've not come across anyone quite like him before. Very off-putting and supercilious fellow.

A ridiculously overpriced parcel post is only overshadowed by the terrible customer service offered by the proprietor. Arguing that the Covid policy of Aust Post and its obvious prevalence in our society is reason to not provide a pen after charging like a wounded bull and an additional cost for padding to protect my parcel. Where's my gold watch for making custom of the postal monopoly that is Aust Post?

The worst customer service I have had from any Australia Post shop - the guy that’s runs this joint just doesn’t care, is rude, dismissive, passive aggressive and just down right bad at his job.nWhy own/work somewhere that you have to deal with people if you can’t or don’t want to deal with people.
