Was told to wait more then half n hour for quick 5 mint test and lady woundt stand up to come and see paitinet .nHow rude and disrespectful ...nI feel why they have to stick anti aggression poster on wall now.nv poor customer service

I went for blood test yesterday, the nurses who did my blood test were very friendly and sweet. After my blood test I was feeling a bit dizzy so they stayed with me for a while without rushing and before I left they made sure that I was doing ok.Unfortunately, I couldn't see their names to thank them. Really pleasent experience!!!

Totally hopeless. Reception sent me to one place, when I got there, I was told another place where I waited. When someone came out, I heard a number called. I asked if I needed a number and was told to go to another spot to get a number. The room in the hospital was called Waiting Room but no mention of Pathwest.

Unless told otherwise, enter the hospital at the main entrance (Block B), grab a big yellow number (see photo) and take a seat.nnYou'll be called.nnNote that there are different procedures for different tests. See photo for details.nnMy experience was quick and professional, after a longer than expected wait with staff shortages.

Very good nice waiting room by the main entrance and there's a nice coffee bar as well
