stay away from this place ! Horrible experience from the get go.nThey asked me to sit and wait for my stylist few minutes which ended up me waiting FOR 1 hour , after I complained they offered a coffee which arrived after 2 hours, I did a color , hydration treatment and a blow dry the results were terrible , I tried to complain to a receptionist by the name of Isabella , she treated me like an idiot hanging up the phone and transferring me to voice mail you can see she has not been trained to provide a customer service her answers were to put the problem back at me instead of trying to make the customer happy.nfor 2 weeks I tried to speak to a manager and every time time I call Isabella saying that the manager is not present , no wonder their customer service and services are so mismanaged , don't believe the old good reviews NOT a true representation of this business and what you getting there

Had a hair cut and blow-dry this morning from the lovely Andrew.nThis was my first time going to the salon.nAn outstanding hair stylist. I told Andrew my 'likes' and 'dislikes' (with respect to hair!) and left the rest to him. Left the salon with the most beautiful, voluminous hair; the most flattering cut. I was stopped by two women who asked me where I got my hair done (very flattering). Very relaxed salon, and refreshingly unpretentious for Double Bay. Wonderful hair wash and head massage too.nThank you!
