If you havent experienced worst customer service try P&S Rockdale. I purchased TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave and Vacuum from them. Everything stopped working except the TV right after their warranty period expired. Worst thing is they only rely on the piece of paper they give you during the purchase. If you cant produce that, dont even imagine stepping inside the shop, they will not even talk to you, let alone giving you suggestions on how to go about it.nnNever again!
