Wombat Crossing Vineyard

We had such a lovely wine tasting experience at Wombat Crossing Vineyard. Far from the crowd which was a blessing.nnThis place was recommended from a friend who comes there every time she goes to Hunter Valley. We were definitely not disappointed.nnSimon is such a warm, knowledgeable and friendly person. He really took the time to explains all wines and answers all questions we had (and we had a lot).nnThe cellar door has a fireplace which we much enjoyed considering the wintery weather!!nnWe will definitely be back.

We got the semillon chardonnay as this was a good blend. The location is really really nice. The owner very friendly. The guy serving was helpful and accommodating. The $10 tasting not redeemable was pricey. $5 goes to a wombat rescue but they should have a certificate displayed for this as it's a good thing.

Incredible winery in the hunter valley. I’d highly recommend this place for a tasting. The vineyard is beautiful and Simon, who led the tasting, was so kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention AMAZING location with water fountain & Wombats!!!

Beautiful grounds. Lovely little selection of wines and friendly service. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for the long weekend and had a lovely time. Plus, the wines were wonderful!
