My elderly parents are now on the pbs scheme and the last two fortnight’s in a row the pharmacist girls have told us that the scripts are unable to be filled but they could make up the medicines if my mum was to pay for them, my mum declined and went to another chemist that made the scripts up for her. Twice now the girls have questioned mums blood pressure tablets and wether she needs them, I wasn’t aware that these girls are qualified doctors and that they are aware of my parents medical history to make comments about their medications. I have reported this chemist to our doctor and Medicare as this time my mum was left without her blood pressure tablets, that are very important when we went to the another chemist they filled my mums script and said they couldn’t understand why Priceline had told her she would have to pay. I will never again go to this chemist.

Terrible customer service avoid filling prescriptions here at all costs, they lose scripts and then charge for services they havent even given. Very poor service.

polite girls, but the prescriptions area is a joke, . rarely aknowledged, get told to come back in 10min, so i go back in 20min, meds still not done . not even busy. poor form.

Normally I am happy to buy all my medical needs from Priceline Gympie. Only today I could never have been more disappointed. All I wanted was a bandaid for the back of my sons heal. So I read them all and got the one that stated SUPER STRONG ADHESION. I put one on him and off we went. Only for it to fall off within 10mins. So I cleaned his foot. Dried it. And tried again. Once again within 10mins it fell off. So I went back to the store with the box and my receipt wanting to change it over for a bandaid that was super strong adhesive. I had come back only an hour after purchasing it. Here’s their answer. We can not refund or exchange. You need to bandage the area to keep the bandaid on. Since when do you have to bandaid a bandaid. That’s ridiculed. I opened one and showed her there was no stick. I stuck it to the back of my arm covered in hairs and then with no struggle it just peaked off. Again she said you will have to pay for a different product or bandage it to your sons foot. I don’t care that it only cost $5. It’s the principal. Poor customer care.

Horrible experience, I have prescription with regulation 24, which allow me to take the original and repeats at the same time, but they refused to give me everything. They give me just one item and said they not have any at store and not going to order it for me and I need to go to the different chemist ???? And I saw lots of boxes of my medication on the shelf... I leave on the farm and coming to the city ones in few months.. not going to use them again...
