I’ve had a great experience every time I have come to this hairdresser! Charbel does my hair, and has always cut and styled it beautifully and exactly how I wanted it. I always leave happy with my look, could not recommend more (especially Charbel)!!

This was the worst experience I have had. The manager behaved awfully rudely and kept asking my hairdresser to ‘hurry up’ and at one point wanted to force her to take a half hour break and ‘just leave the customer with the toner in for half an hour’. That is unacceptable. My hairdresser, while attempting to give me the colour I requested, took my hair too far with bleach, and it is now very brittle and thinned out significantly from the process. Do not waste your time and money here.

When me and my sister in law walked into the shop at 9:40 ( for a 9:45 appointment ) which was our booked appointment they told us when we were there that they change our appointment time without any notification. then turned around and told me when we come back later in the day ( when our appointment was moved to ) that I ( 19 almost 20 year old ) needed to bring an adult with me to sign of for my sister in law ( 16 ) to get her hair done... She was very disrespectful and will not be going back.
