Chemist Warehouse Toowoomba

Yesterday I returned a diffuser that had stopped working and because I hadn't kept receipt the staff member spent time searching to find when I purchased it. Once found I was given a replacement which is working very well. Great service from a very helpful and friendly staff member. Thank you very much!

It's cheap prices are its drawcard. Inside is run-down & tight like most cheap/discount stores. Parking is hard here but so is most of Toowoomba's cbd. They did seem to have a good range of choice for the products that I was after but still a bit 'brandy'.

Incredibly slow and disorganised at filling scripts.

Great customer service. Large selection.
