A wonderful experience! I had Keratin and a cut. I enjoyed every moment of the pampering and care given by the three lovely ladies. Lisa, Kim and Jenny are professional and passionate. They work together harmoniously, helping each other to get the job done timeously and well.They make you feel special and look beautiful! I can highly recommend their services as they pay attention to detail and show concern for your well-being. Good products are used, they are upfront about the cost and they take into account what you need so you walk out looking gorgeous! Looking forward to my next treatment. I’m confident my colour will be perfect! Thank you! You are ABSOLUTEly amazing!

I'm going to put in my review what I wish I knew before I visited the salon.nI went in for Keratin with a Groupon voucher. When I arrived, at 12.30pm, I was told it was going to take 2.5-3hrs. I was surprised. I have had Keratin before and it has normally taken 1.5 hrs. Little did I know that I would still be sitting in my chair 4.5 HRS LATER! I wasn't done until 5pm! She completely overbooked the place and I sat around for quite a while between each step. Lisa is a hard core hustler but god damn that Keratin is good (best I have had). Her staff are all so lovely too. Felt pretty bad for them - they were completely run off their feet and did not seem able to really have any breaks. So in summary - great treatment but you may be in there for up to 5 hrs so be prepared (take water and snacks).

I have never met anybody as rude as this salon owner Lisa. She will rip you off even if you are her loyal customer and refer others. She told me that if I refer anyone here she would provide me 10% discount and I referred 2 people but she didn’t give me any discount. And then she told I don’t want any business from you. She overcharged for everything and is not professional at all. No point having good services if the person has no manners. Ripping people off. Absolutely ridiculous. DONT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL.

I absolutely love my hair! I went in with very dry, brittle hair and walked out with shiny, healthy hair!! BUT! The length and thickness of your hair will determine if you need to pay more (which I did) It is a very busy salon so make sure you allow extra time... In saying this, I love my hair and the 5.5 hours and $240 was worth it!!

I purchased a Groupon for Keratin treatment from this salon over a year ago, and I know it seems very late for a review, but the results to my hair are still horrid & I would be negligent not to leave an honest comment here.nnI was told Keratin would relax the hair, and last about 6 months. When I called ahead they guaranteed this, as I had never visited before. But when I was in the salon, I was rudely spoken to, pushed around and had my questions about the treatment ignored, and was in there for about 6 hours. They literally had another 20 girls in the salon with me being moved about like musical chairs to maximise how many people were in for the price of the groupon (which, was cheap) BUT didn't include add ons like 'your hair is too long, another $50, your hair is too thick, another $80.nnThe actual product turned out to be a chemical straightening which damaged my hair to the point where its still breaking now. I've gotten brazilian keratin for years and NEVER had this happen. I've been told not to lighten my hair due to the fact that its been so dried out. Over a year later it's STILL STRAIGHT on the parts that have not grown out.nnI learned the hard way that if you cheap out on your hair, even once, you mess it up. Sorry Absolute Hair, but I've mentioned to people NOT to go here because of this and I hope this review helps any girl who cares about her hair in doing at least this treatment there. I can't speak for a trim or hair cut.
