If you want happy customers, try serving in order- or at least acknowledging them. Walked out after being ignored with scripts in hand while they served 2 seperate customers who arrived after me.

At great pharmacy with great staff. Staff are very helpful.

Being a newby to the area I am delighted with my local, just-around-the-corner, Priceline store! I get friendly and well informed assistance every visit and one time, forgetting the name of a long-ago product, I was shown a number of options and then taken directly to the exact product and brand, still in production, that I was wanting. Ye-es! With lots of good, latest products too, and such terrific staff, what more could you want?! :)

Very disappointing service. I was waiting for my script in the designated seating area and did not hear my name being called because the pharmacist spoke so softly. She had only served me minutes before and must have seen me take a seat right in front of the desk, and yet after calling my name, she stuck it on the back counter and went back to working on the computer whilst I sat a mere couple of metres away. As the seating is facing in another direction, I wasn't keeping an eye on the desk and the radio speaker is directly above the seating area which doesn't help hearing someone who speaks softly. After I noticed a person who had been served after me receive their script, I paid close attention to the woman pharmacist and that is when I observed her 'speak softly' as she called someone's name. After two more people who had been served after me got their scripts, I came to the conclusion that she must have called my name already so I spoke to the male pharmacist who was free. Sure enough my script was on the back counter. He even made the comment that my name was called ages ago. I told him that the woman did not call my name loud enough and pointed out the fact that she needs to be heard over the radio. I made it known that I was not happy as I was in a hurry, and he basically dismissed me, saying "We do the best we can". Not good enough! This tells me that the female pharmacist (a young Asian woman who works Friday afternoon) obviously doesn't even bother actually looking at her customers and is too involved in her work to provide good customer service. Not to worry however, if you don't want my business, I shall go elsewhere. Addendum: What's even worse - after writing this review, I open my prescription bag to find I've been given the wrong medication! Must be the generic brand (I loathe generic brands!). I never asked for it and she certainly didn't ask me. Now I have to go back tomorrow to change it! Thanks for wasting my time and petrol!!
