Priceline Pharmacy Westridge

Staff where rude and treated me like a meth cook when asking for original cold and flu tablets. Informed me they would have to order them in and would need a script, there happy to sell you the “new improved cold and flu” (overpriced Panadol). Drove another 5 minutes up the road and got them from a very polite pharmacist without any trouble. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Will not be using this Pharmacy anymore. Staff are generally rude. Even if you know that a generic brand of medication doesn't work for you, they will still give it to you even if you ask for the name brand. Every fortnight/month that I pick up my medications, I have the same argument. Generally have to return medications to the service desk and speak to a pharmacist 3 times before being able to get what I actually need. So fed up. I will never be using this Pharmacy again!!

Helpful and friendly service. Really good prices. Convenient parking and location.

Staff volunteered help when I had trouble finding a toothbrush. Later, second staff member volunteered to get the right quantity of Panadol. All staff were consistently helpful. Also many staff members at store. Selection was good.

Seriously thinking about going to Chemist Warehouse in town even though this one is closer. I was in there on Monday for scripts and three people that put theirs in after me, had theirs done before me. Took 1/2 hour for mine and my partner was in there earlier today, same happened to him.
