Priceline Pharmacy Northpoint

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. Product range second to none. Same as other Priceline’s in Toowoomba but the service at this one has me going to it exclusively. The pharmacist’s (Dan & Molly) CANNOT do enough for you. Customer service is next level brilliant. Sending everyone I know to them!!!!!

This pharmacy is such a great place to shop - the pharmacists Dand and Molly are very knowlegable and professional while still maintaining excellent customer service - had my last flu shot there by Molly didn't feel a thing !

Terrible service putting elderly patients at risk. Delivery driver put medications straight into the hands of my “at high risk” grandmother, despite multiple signs at the door asking for delivery’s to be left on the step for social distancing (my grandmother is forgetful so we used signs to ensure deliveries are safe transactions). The whole point of getting deliveries to her was to ensure she wouldn’t come into contact with others. At the time of the event she had just returned from two weeks in hospital with clots in her lungs and pneumonia. We called them twice so it wouldn’t happen for future deliveries, but rather than offer to resolve it, or even apologize, they refused to deliver anymore to my 84 year old grandmother. She lives alone, is self-isolating, not driving and at high Covid-risk. Of course human error can be forgiven, but rather than amend their error they instead chose to refuse this essential service for an elderly and at risk patient. Surely this goes against the code of ethical conduct of a community medical service. The deliveries from Coles/butchers/green grocers/local take away have all been executed safely yet the delivery service from a pharmacy was so neglectful! If you are considering going here or getting delivery’s from them, especially if you have at risk family members, I would recommend seeking a different pharmacy.

Great service Staff were helpful & friendly Store was busy but they made time to talk to me to see exactly what I needed! Certainly will return.
