It's a bit hit and miss here. Some staff members are amazing. Although there's one that regularly abuses me for one reason or another and every time he's in the wrong. Never an apology either. When you're already feeling unwell it's the last thing you need.

It took the pharmacist 35 minutes to tell me that the medication for my daughter was not sold at their chemist! She didn’t speak English well and said the same thing three times then when I asked if they had a similar product she repeated once more that “ the product is not selling for long long time now” then took her 10 minutes to give me my script I asked twice for my health care card that was in the box right in front of her. No help at all i do not believe someone that hard to understand should be in a costumer service position.
