The team at CAAA have always been nothing but thorough professionals in their dealings. All my queries receive a satisfactory answer and with CAAA on the case I feel that I can concentrate on my business and not worry about the tax office. Even though they stick to their terms of trade for invoice payments within 14 days (I’ve been reminded once on day 15), I have always found their fee to be fair. Overall an excellent firm of accountants for any business.

My business partner and I were extremely impressed with the service we received from CAAA. They explained our current tax position and helped us to get on top of our tax debt. We have since worked out a tax strategy that works for our business and have been debt free for several years now.

I was most disappointed with the service I received from CAAA. Integrity and service are clearly values this organisation does not advocate in the presence of clients. Not only was the service poor, but there were also issues with invoices I received. Finally when CAAA accepted there was an error, no apology or justification was provided. Extremely arrogant to work with.
