I had a very stiff neck and shoulders and the massage was wonderful. I could have stayed on the bed all day it was so relaxing and felt much more bendy stretchy afterwards. Even if you don't have any problems I recommend it as a great present to yourself or as a gift for Mother's Day - beats flowers by miles.
