I received my order 1 week earlier than predicted (BNE, AU) and would like to congratulate your team and company of your fantastic product. I bought two black LP60 guitars (one with and one without the 10w Amp - as I already have an amp, and the second guitar, starter kit and amp is for my son for his birthday. Your customer service is excellent, and your product packaging is exceptional, and lastly, but by no means least, the guitars are gorgeous. Absolutely stunning, well setup and beautiful to play. I played in a pub/party band back in the early 90's and have recently decided to make a serious commitment to get back into enjoying guitar. My son and I will spend many many years enjoying your fantastic, high quality instruments. I am so glad I found Artist Guitars. I've been recommending you guys to everyone! Thank you for your incredible product quality, customer care and value! You guys rock!

After reading the ridiculously gushing reviews for Artist guitars, somewhat sceptically I purchased a Cherry 58 (ES335 copy) for $299. It arrived in 2 days which is a jolly good start. It's all true the guitar is very good in every respect, PUs, tuners, finish etc. The neck is perfectly straight and it plays nicely out of the box. I've lowered the bridge (action) still no fret buzz, lowered the neck PU and raised the bridge PU. The guitar would benefit from a professional setup and fret polish, but all brand new guitars do :) So the rumours are true, a very nice product at an unbelievable price.

Bought a guitar case recently and I was very impressed with the attitude and professionalism of the 2 chaps in the shop. Amazing service and very friendly. Highly recommend them. Sorry got to add, getting to the shop is a great experience too. This is a real guitar shop. Definitely will buy from there again.

Hi there,nnI recently purchased an electronic drum kit from Artist Guitars online. Unfortunately one of the outputs on the edk module was playing up. Artist provided top notch support in resolving this and replacing the module as promptly as I could possibly expect.nnThe customer service was terrific and warrants a positive review.nnThanks guys.

bought 2 guitars from them. Amazing value for money. And they both came with leads, great service, constant up dates and instant feed back from staff. Started playing after years, tearing up my fingers, can't stop playing. Great products, great range. Will be back when I want to upgrade, already window shopping.
