Anna is an amazing young woman! I have been her client for about 2 years and Anna inspires me with her acupressure and psychology. Every time I see her - she is happy, polite and encouraging does not matter where you come from and what you have done... Anna is amazing and unique in her technic, she knows exactly what pressure points need to be pushed to feel your best. Anna ' a communication style is different too, she is willing to work with people who want changes for the better, to improve, to move forward. This young woman is quietly spoken, and I have been watching her for a long time, I don't know what is happening in her life but she is very dedicated to her work that she ❤️ to come to. I have been a client of Keep in Touch for a couple of years now and I like to see the same therapist every time for my treatment😊 that Tara -Lee Green is so negative, selfish and vindictive about. This particular therapist does not do a dry massage or a massage in a chair. The young woman is highly recommended, she is a professional, organised and dedicated therapist who is open, honest, caring and happy to help and listen 😊. She is always asking the reason for a massage today 😁, and she is not demanding or rude. This woman has been working by herself in that clinic for about 6 months, 7 days a week. There is nothing wrong in putting professional boundaries in place. All she is doing is trying to safe her strength and energy for other clients/patients. I admire her dedication to her knowledge! I wish her all the best in life! She deserves it!😊

Went this morning, booked a dry massage. Paid and was shown to a room. After I lay down, the lady came in and demanded to know why I'd booked a dry massage. She told me that she refuses to do dry massages, and that she refuses to use her strength to give a massage to people who 'don't believe in' oil massages. She then told me to get a refund and walked out. The receptionist apologised and I did get a prompt refund. I don't doubt that there was a communication error. But it seems strange that the only person there was unwilling to provide the services that the business is advertising on offer, and I don't like being treated as though I'm somehow offensive because I paid for a service that the company offers. I hope she finds more work soon, because I don't think she's in the right industry.
