The booking process was super friendly and helpful. they even arranged to have a second message therapist on site so that hubby and I could get a massage on a week day at the same time when ordinarily they would have only had 1 working.nFacilities were incredibly clean. can HIGHLY recommend the complete package with infrared sauna, massage and float. Love the sauna, highly recommend! They are little private rooms with showers and the sauna has Bluetooth so you can connect your music and relax. The float baths are really good too, they are open not like a capsule which we much prefer.

I had not experienced a float tank before so I gave it ago.nnI appreciated the staff explaining the process to me. The instructional video was helpful, it was clear and to the point.nnI decided to go there on my way home from work one day and I was glad I didn’t have to take anything extra as everything was provided.nnThe complimentary earplugs were effective. The room was clean and tidy. There wasn’t any Vasoline though to put on any cuts or abrasions as per the information in the instructional video but it was okay.nnI believe I feel asleep during my time floating. I will definitely go back again.

My partner and I booked in for a couples massage and float. We both asked for and booked a relaxation massage but both were very different. My partner had an amazing experience with lights off l, full body massage and hot rocks. Myself on the other hand received lights on (without a towel over my face, not very pleasant) and only my upper and lower back some neck and head. I came out feeling okay but not great and my partner felt amazing. Very disappointing considering I live a very high stress life and it was my Christmas gift...nnWould have been nice if the specialty of each therapist was explained. We did bring it up with reception but unfortunately all they could do was make a note on my file expecting I would be returning...nnFloat tanks on the other hand were a lovely and romantic place to be. Would recommend.

I was broken hearted when I came here and needed the complete darkness for an hour of nothingness. Staff so lovely, gave me a big hug. Much needed zen time.
